How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped you'll receive an email notifying you of it's tracking information: this will include a tracking number as well as the carrier which is transporting your order. Tracking will be available via the shipping carrier's website. In the near future a tracking portal will be available via this website which will allow for simple tracking via your account orders page or your tracking number.

What are your delivery options?

We have shipping agreements in place with the common carriers: FedEx, UPS, and USPS. We offer standard delivery through each of these carriers as well as USPS Priority services. For large items that cannot be shipped via parcel shipping we utilize freight carriers that operate nationwide.

How do I return an item?

To return an item you've purchased within the past 30 days simply submit a return request using the "contact us" form above or by emailing cs@midwestdeals.net.

Please provide your order number as well as a description of the issue you're experiencing or the reason for return. Once approved, you'll be provided with an RMA number to accompany your return as well as the address to send your return.

Do you provide International delivery?

We currently offer International delivery on almost all products through our eBay store, which can be found at: https://www.ebay.com/str/autodx

We plan to introduce International shipping in the near future to this site as well so please check back.

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 30 day return policy which begins on the date your order is received. There are limitations and exceptions to the policy, which can be reviewed in-full below.
